To run the marketplace: publishing listings, running auctions, verifying dealers and sellers, sending transactional emails (verification codes, welcome, bid and sale confirmations), and completing sales. We do not sell your personal information.

Dealers see your vehicle, its details and the bidding amounts. Never your name, contact information or ID. Your contact details are shared with the winning dealer only after you accept a bid, to complete the sale.

Data is stored with our hosting providers (Vercel, Neon) in North American regions. ID documents are used for verification and can be deleted on request once your account activity is complete.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact our privacy officer at support@snapbid.ca. We respond within 30 days.
