Pre-sale inspection on $10k+ cars

Every car over $10,000 is independently inspected before the sale closes. If the seller's condition details are accurate, it's free. If something doesn't match, the seller pays a $79 inspection fee. So descriptions stay honest and dealers know what they're buying.

48-hour buyer arbitration

Buyers get 48 hours after collection to raise a claim on anything undisclosed. Frame/structural damage, title brand, an odometer off by more than 200 km, or a major mechanical fault. Defects must total $500+ to qualify.

Fair resolution

Valid claims are resolved by repair credit, price adjustment, or unwinding the sale. If the seller mis-declared the car, the seller carries the cost; honest sellers are never penalized. Normal disclosed wear is not arbitrable.
